Chiropractic.......A Healthy LifeStyle Strategy

Has anyone ever asked you when the last time you felt really good was? I ask my new patients this all the time. You can see them really thinking about it. They shift their head and look up in contemplation.   Most people have a hard time remembering when they actually woke feeling great and ready to take on the world. I used to have this problem.  I would wake up tired, achy and uncomfortable in my body.

Life is stressful, we are bombarded with physical, emotional and chemical stresses all day long.  Whether you are a desk jockey pounding away at your laptop all day long or a mom bending lifting and twisting children into car seats only to frantically drive from commitment to commitment, our bodies take a beating.  Relationships, careers, finances and health issues can weigh heavy on the mind.  Our indulgent society filled with an incredible array of processed food and beverages only compounds feeling of sluggishness and fatigue.

Good news!  What I have discovered and now share with our patients is that getting Chiropractic Adjustments In Rhythm can be used as a healthy lifestyle strategy.  Our bodies are designed to be healthy.  We have an innate capacity to heal, adapt and regulate.  Getting adjusted is actually linked to better immune function, increased energy and performance.  Why do you think all major athletes have personal chiropractors?  Even Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady feels like Chiropractic "Keeps him one step ahead of the game"

I know from my own experience as a parent whose kids have been adjusted since birth, they rarely get the common cold. In fact they have never been on antibiotics, had flu vaccines or been inconvenienced for more than a day or so with illness.  My observation as a practitioner is that the parents that bring their children in for regular adjustments experience similar results for their families.
