Juice Cleansing in 2016

Last week, I touched on some of my favorite spots to get outside in our area as part of a health and wellness resolution. This got me thinking about some of my other favorite local spots to go to stick to a health plan. So I wanted to share some suggestions for my favorite spots to get fresh pressed juice if you are doing a post holiday juice cleanse!

• Juice Girl: This is my preferred spot for fresh pressed juices. They have juice cleanse programs and packages that you can purchase, and every single one of their juice that I have tried is delicious.

• Urban Remedy: This place is 5 minutes from our office and makes really great fresh pressed juice. They have juice cleanse plans they can guide you through. And, even if you’re not cleansing, I’d recommend their juices for you!

• Nekter Juice Bar: You can pre-order your juices to skip the line and even order a juice cleanse right from them with everything you need to do a 1, 3, or 5 day cleanse.

• Your Kitchen: If you don’t want to drive around and wait in lines for your fresh pressed juice then invest in a juicer. There are some great juicers available online and all you have to do is buy the ingredients! Even if you’re not doing a juice cleanse, nothing beats having a glass of fresh pressed orange juice in the morning.
