Which Care Path is Best For You?

Beginning in 2022, our office will offer four options for care. Review the following paths based on your health goals, and at your next office visit Dr. Seth will review your care path with you.

1. Corrective / Restorative / Rehabilitative  (Custom Program Design)

1. Establish Health Goals (Immediate / Short Term / Long Term) 
2. Agree on the Problem (hint...It is not your pain)
3. Agree on the Path ( Services and Frequency necessary to correct the problem)
4. Agree on the Plan (Financial model that fits your budget)
5. Frequent, objective re-evaluations to determine progress and adjust care plan accordingly.  After completion of the initial care plan, re-evaluate  and report findings to determine the next best course of action based on objective analysis of your results and health goals.  

2. Proactive Monthly Membership ($70 / month auto-debit) 

1. Using Chiropractic as a Healthy Lifestyle Strategy.
2. Not necessarily in pain or symptomatic. Realize at least one Tune in and Tune up Chiropractic Adjustment per month will enhance overall health and wellbeing. 
3. 10% discount on additional adjustments and our Online Smart Care Store 
4. Membership to private Facebook Tribe where you access a daily dose of inspiration, relevant health and longevity workshops, recommendations on our favorite products, services and local referral networks.   Connect with other health conscious Tribe Members and share health tips. 

3. Reactive Crisis Care or Palliative Care (Not on Care Plan - $120 / Visit) 

1. Longer visit scheduled outside normal adjusting hours. 
2. Acute Pain Relief. 
3. Only come in if it hurts, reactive. 
4. How long will it take to get out of pain? Too many variables to predict. 
5. Conditions usually deteriorate over time, recurrence likely.
6. A valid use of chiropractic for natural pain relief, although limited in its scope. 

4. Medicare 

1. Chiropractic Adjustments are the ONLY service covered by Medicare 
2. Examination is mandatory (Not covered by Medicare - $105) 
3. X-Rays if necessary (Not covered by Medicare - $70 per region)
4. Mandatory re-evaluation every 12 visits or if it has been 90 days since last visit (Not covered by Medicare - $47)
