Chiropractic Care

When you are in pain, getting quick, effective treatment is what is most important to you. At Café of Life Marin, we provide chiropractic care that immediately addresses your symptoms and relieves your pain. Then, we work with you over a period of time to correct the cause of your symptoms so that the pain does not reoccur.

Chiropractic care can help, whether you have back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs or headaches. It works by restoring mobility to injured tissue.

Tissue injury can be caused by a single traumatic event, such as improper lifting of a heavy object, or through repetitive stresses, such as sitting in an awkward position with poor spinal posture for an extended period of time. Whatever the cause, injured tissues undergo physical and chemical changes that can cause inflammation, pain, and diminished function. Chiropractic care for affected joints and tissue restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, and allowing tissues to heal.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Seth Labott has not only been trained on how to treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, he also understands  the effects that these disorders have on your general health. He can recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

During your first visit to Cafe of Life Marin, Dr. Seth Labott will explain the science behind how chiropractic care works and provide a full evaluation to help you determine if chiropractic care is right for you. If there is a good fit, he will develop a plan of chiropractic care that is specific to your condition and health goals. If he believes a different form of care might better serve your needs, we are happy to refer you to a trusted colleague.

Chiropractor Café of Life Marin provides Quick, effective chiropractic care for patients throughout Marin County, Sonoma County, Northern San Francisco, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, Kentfield, Ross, San Rafael, The Presidio and The Marina.

Testimonial

  • "Cafe of Life Chiropractic Center were highly recommended to me by a few of my neighbors. I had some long time lower back and neck issues that were bothering me -- and it was just time to fix the problem. I signed up for a 2 month program -- and wow, the results are amazing. My neck is moving again, my lower back feels great, and other parts are that I didn’t know were stuck are moving again too! Cafe of Life is technology forward -- I love the scans of my back so that I can see the progress. They also have complimentary services like massage too. The team over at Cafe of Life is professional, fun and on top of their game. Scheduling is easy -- little to no waiting when I arrive for my adjustment. Love these guys!"
